Malaysia Education Blueprint (MEB) 2013 - 2025

The Ministry of Education Malaysia (the Ministry) has developed the Malaysia Education Development Plan (PPPM) 2013-2025 to provide the best education for all students. The development of this plan takes into account inputs from various sources including local and international research reports, as well as views from education experts, educators, parents, students, and citizens across the country. Every year, the Ministry will publish an annual report on the PPPM to:

• Publicize the achievements of PPPM initiative implementation each year from 2013 to 2025
• Enhance transparency for direct public accountability in line with Anjakan 11 of the PPPM
• Serve as a guideline document for the implementation of current year initiatives and future years
• Disseminate to all stakeholders within and outside the country to inform them of the status of implementation and success of the PPPM
