National Secondary School (Day School)

REGISTRATION

• Through Placement:
  • Class teachers for Year 6 students in SK/SRAB/SJKC/SJKT use the APDM application (e-Daftar Menengah module) for Malaysian students only based on the School Placement Application Form (BPPS) completed by parents/guardians.
  • Malaysian students who have missed out on compulsory education can apply using the ASBS form, which can be obtained at the District Education Office (PPD) and State Education Department (JPN).
  • Non-Malaysian students can apply using Form PU(A) 275 Schedule One through the Unit of Communication and Registration at the State Education Department (JPN). The form can be obtained from the District Education Office (PPD) nearest to you.
• Through Application:
  • Non-Malaysian citizen students can apply using Form PU(A)275 Schedule I through the Communication and Registration Unit at the State Education Department (JPN). Forms can be obtained from nearby District Education Offices (Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah).
