OBJECTIVES

• Implementing effective management and leadership systems among teachers in SBPs.
• Establishing robust student leadership programs in SBPs.
• Providing educational assistance to students from low-income families.
• Upgrading existing SBP infrastructure to enhance the school's conducive environment.
• Offering elective subjects in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to meet students' needs.
• Offering International Language subjects to enhance language skills.
• Expanding networking and connections programs nationally and internationally.

FUNCTIONS

Functions of the Full Boarding School Management Division:

• Planning and translating the National Education Policy in Full Boarding Schools.
• Planning and leading quality education management and professional services.
• Planning and leading Full Boarding Schools in sustaining excellence at the global education level.
• Planning and leading the implementation of educational programs in Full Boarding Schools to meet the nation's aspirations.
• Planning and leading the development of quality human capital to produce scientists, technocrats, and professionals who fulfill the nation's aspirations.

CUSTOMER CHARTER

The Full Boarding School Management Division is committed to providing satisfaction to stakeholders based on the following customer charter and will ensure:

• Decision on admission offers to Form One (1) Full Boarding Schools (SBP) is announced no later than 14 days before the registration date.
• Decision on admission offers to Form Four (4) Full Boarding Schools (SBP) is announced no later than 14 days before the registration date.
• Decision on re-enrollment/exchange student applications is informed within 14 working days after receiving the complete application.
• Decision on teacher placement and exchange is informed no later than 22 days before the reporting date.
