• Planning, managing, and implementing career advancement affairs for Education Service Officers (PPP) and Executive Group Members (AKP).
• Managing service matters and facilities for MOE personnel based on effective regulations.

CUSTOMER CHARTER

Certification of promotion and rank increment for Education Service Officers (PPP) for genuine and excellent promotion pathways is processed for submission to the Education Service Promotion Board within 50 working days from the date of receipt of complete certification.
