Members of the Education Department of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya with full determination and commitment pledge and promise to devote all their energy and efforts;

• Ensure that the management of the filling of vacancies for Principal, Headmaster and Senior Assistant positions is certified within three (3) months before the vacancy occurs.
• Ensure the placement and transfer of teachers and members of the Implementation Group (AKP) to schools no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the list of those who are eligible from the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
• Ensuring the approval of re-schooling appeals for disciplinary cases that meet the conditions are issued within fourteen (14) working days and the letter of approval for re-schooling applications that meet the requirements is issued within five (5) working days.
• Ensure payment to service/work suppliers is cleared within fourteen (14) working days after the supply or service is received.
• Ensure all complaints are handled efficiently and orderly within fifteen (15) working days.
• Ensure that customers dealing at the counter are served within thirty (30) minutes.
