CUSTOMER CHARTER

We, the staff of the Selangor State Education Department, pledge our full commitment and determination to:

• Ensuring customers at the counter are served within 30 minutes;
• Ensuring payments to suppliers are settled within 14 days after complete documents are received;
• Ensuring teacher placement letters and teacher transfer letters are issued within 14 working days after decisions are received from the Ministry of Education Malaysia or the panel meeting;
• Ensuring the approval of school re-admission appeal applications for disciplinary cases that meet the criteria is issued within 14 working days from the date the complete application is received;
• Ensuring the approval letter for school re-admission applications that meet the criteria is issued within 14 working days from the date the complete application is received;
• Ensuring private candidates for the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) receive their SPM certificate on the same day they attend the Department;
• Ensuring that every complaint with complete information from the complainant is issued an Acknowledgment Receipt (SAT) within one (1) working day from the date the complaint is received;
