CUSTOMER CHARTER

We, the members of the Negeri Sembilan Education Department, wholeheartedly and firmly pledge to:

• Ensure that all children of the appropriate age group are provided with schooling on the first day of the new academic session.
• Ensure that all schools are always equipped with teachers according to the set estimates.
• Online announcement of teacher placement and transfers within the state no later than 15 working days before the reporting date.
• Place support staff within 3 working days after receiving supply from the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
• Process all financial-related applications and claims within 14 working days from the date of application received.
• Manage proposals for the appointment of Principals/Headmasters/Deputy Heads and Heads of Departments within 3 months before any vacancy.
• Ensure every candidate registered undergoes School-Based Assessment (PBS) estimation and sits for examinations according to the specified schedule and procedures.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers by offering friendly counter service.
• Efficiently and systematically manage public complaints within 15 working days.
• Achieve a Good score in Service Feedback Analysis to enhance service performance towards educational excellence over time.
